As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment, we would like to remind everyone about the proper use of your building access badges. For those of you that have badges, your badge is a key component of our access control system, and its proper use is vital to our security efforts.
Please remember the following key points:
Your badge should only be used by you and must not be shared with others.
Do not hold doors open for individuals who do not have their own badge or proper authorization.
If you lose your badge or if it is stolen, please report it immediately to Service Desk.
Access logs are regularly audited to ensure the security of our premises.
