HELP CENTER - Password Reset (External Customers)
Open a web browser and go to https://help.phtech.com.
Click "Sign in" in the upper-right hand corner.
In the window that pops up, click Forgot my password.
Enter your email address and then click Submit.
You will receive a password reset email. In that email, click the link to reset your password.
Once you've reset your password, you can go back to help.phtech.com and Sign in.
