Work From Home System Requirements
- Internet Connection:
A cable, DSL, or fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
Ensure that your internet service provider is not AT&T, Verizon, or comparable, as these are not supported.
- Network Setup:
Run an internet speed test from a personal device on your home network to confirm your home internet meets these requirements.
Your internet modem/router must have an available ethernet port.
Connect the modem/router directly to your zero client computer using an ethernet cable. No devices should be placed in between.
Wi-Fi is NOT supported, including EEROs, USB Wi-Fi adapters, internet extenders, repeaters, mesh Wi-Fi hubs, ethernet hubs or switches, etc.
Remove any bad types of connections between the zero client and the router.
- Mobile Connections:
Mobile internet connections and mobile hotspots are not supported.
- Multifactor Authentication (MFA):
An iOS or Android smartphone is required for use with Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
- Peripheral Devices:
Note that personal self-purchased headsets, Bluetooth devices, or wireless RF dongles are not supported.
