Logging into Genesys Cloud
If you are an external user, please ensure that you log into https://phtech.okta.com before proceeding. Click here for instructions on how to log into Okta.
Launch the Genesys Cloud App
Launch the Genesys Cloud App
Click the Genesys Cloud app from your Okta home page.
If you don't see it, you can search for Genesys Cloud in the search bar.
Click Collaborate/Communicate
Click Collaborate/Communicate
Select Collaborate/Communicate to finish logging in.
This is the only option you need to click on this screen.
You are now logged into Genesys Cloud!
*NOTE* If you are prompted with a username and password screen after launching Genesys Cloud, please follow the steps below.
Click "More Login Options"
Click "More Login Options"
- Note: Our region is Americas (US East)
Enter Organization Name
Enter Organization Name
For organization, enter: phtech
Click 'okta'
Click 'okta'
Click on "okta" to log into your account.
