Zero Client Troubleshooting
If you are receiving a connection error on your screen after attempting to log into your zero client, you can perform a self-service reboot by following the steps here.
If you are experiencing slowness, freezing, getting black screens, etc., follow the steps below to help reset your workspace and connection.
Restart your workspace.
Click the Start/Windows icon.
Click the Power icon and then click Restart.
Wait about 5-7 minutes and then log back into your workspace.
Reset your internet connection.
Turn off your zero client by pressing the power button.
Power off your modem/router by unplugging it. If you have a separate modem and router, unplug them both.
Leave them unplugged for 30 seconds.
Plug in your modem first and let it boot up.
If you have a separate router, plug it in second and let it boot up. Please be patient while these devices boot up. It could take a few minutes for them to fully come back online.
Once everything is back online, turn on your zero client.
Log into your workspace.
