Caps Lock / Num Lock Guide
Caregivers should use this guide to help resolve issues with caps lock and num lock while using their Amazon WorkSpace.
Option 1 (On Screen Keyboard)

This is the least disruptive option. Use the on screen keyboard to toggle the caps lock / num lock keys.
Tip: Pin the on screen keyboard to your taskbar, or quickly open it using the shortcut keys: Windows + Ctrl + O

Instead of restarting your WorkSpace, simply disconnect and reconnect using the menu in the top right
