Amazon Connect
Launch Amazon Connect from okta or click the icon below
Allow microphone access if prompted.
Change status to available and begin receiving calls.
Troubleshooting
If you see the message below, then either your USB Headset has not been connected or your microphone is being blocked.
If your USB Headset is not connected, do the following:
Connect your USB Headset.
Refresh the Amazon Connect page.
Allow access to your microphone, when prompted.
