Add Users to Groups in Genesys Cloud

First, open the group that you would like to add a member to.


Click Directory > My Organization

Click Groups at the top, and then find your group in the groups list.

Now, we can add a user to the group.


In the upper-right, click on Edit.

Click the Members tab, and then click Add Member.

Search for the user you want to add, and then select them to add them to the group.

When you are finished adding members to the group, click Save to save your changes.
