Secure (TLS) Email Enforcement
PH TECH is pleased to offer a secure (TLS) email compliance policy between PH TECH and any (customer/partner) upon request. This enforcement is meant to secure ALL communications between a customer's organization and PH TECH. This process is not intended to secure email for an individual only.
Benefits of secure (TLS) email enforcement:
All email being sent between PH TECH and (customer/partner) is required to be transmitted over a secure (TLS) connection.
(customer/partner) will no longer be directed to login to the PH TECH "secure email portal" to retrieve email marked with #phi#, #secure# or otherwise deemed as containing sensitive data by our compliance policies. (customer/partner) will receive secure email from PH TECH directly to their inbox.
