Multifactor Authentication (MFA) - New Phone
So you just got a new phone and you need help logging in? Follow this guide to setup your new device!
Step 1
Access https://phtech.okta.com from any device.

Step 2
Select a secondary authentication option (like SMS).
Complete the verification process.
If you haven't added SMS or another secondary authentication option to your PH TECH Okta account, you will need to contact the Service Desk for assistance.
Step 3
Follow this guide to re-setup okta verify on your new device.
Don't forget! you'll need to remove your old okta verify token before you can setup a new device!
