Install the Amazon WorkSpaces client for your device: https://clients.amazonworkspaces.com.

Open the Amazon Workspaces Application from your Start Menu. You may need to search for it.

Enter Registration Code : WSpdx+8XMWLM

• WorkSpaces created before May 2023 use WSpdx+DD5LHA

Login Using Your MFA Code

You must have primary and secondary MFA setup through okta before working remotely:

• Okta Verify (recommended) or Google Authenticator. Note: Okta Verify supports push alert multifactor notifications.

• SMS Authentication (recommended). Backup SMS authentication will allow you to re-setup multifactor verification on a new mobile device if necessary.
