Issues Launching Citrix
After deleting cache in Chrome on the PHTech side, you may have to take a couple of steps to launch the Citrix desktop app
Launch Citrix from your OKTA single sign on page with the OHA icon below.
Then log in to the portal.
Sign in with your state ID as seen below:
Click the blue button "Detect Citrix Workspace app" to launch the desktop app
If you prefer to use Citrix in the browser instead, select the blue "Use Light Version" link towards the bottom of the page
Your Citrix should now launch.

Further troubleshooting and additional notes:
Once you have selected either the "Workspace App" or the "Light Version", you can toggle between the app and the browser version by clicking the gear in the top right, and select the "gear icon" then "Account Settings"
Towards the bottom of the page, select "Change Citrix Workspace app"
At this point you will be redirected to the blue page to choose Workspace App or Light Version as seen below.
