Providence Password Change Process

*If this is your first time accessing your Providence resources, you will first need to claim your account.

*Just need to unlock your Providence account, or need immediate assistance? Call the PHP HelpDesk at 503-574-7316.

Click the "Reset/Change Password (Providence)" app in Okta or click the image below:

Enter your providence account email address: username@providence.org

Verify with Providence MFA

Choose a new password

Providence password requirements are:

• 10 character minimum

• At least one capitol letter

• Number OR symbol

• Passwords can only be reset 1 time within a 24 hour period. Contact the PHP Help Desk (503-574-7316) for an exception.

Don't Forget! Update all relevant Providence apps with your new password!
