HELP CENTER - Creating an Account

• Open a web browser and go to https://help.phtech.com.

• Click "Sign in" in the upper-right hand corner.

• In the window that pops up, click Sign up.

Enter your full name and email address. Then, click the box labeled: I'm not a robot. Once you've answered the verification questions, you can click Sign up.

You will see a message that a welcome email has been sent. Check your email for the welcome email.

Once you click the verification link in your welcome email, you will be asked to create a password.

After your password is created, you will be signed into your account!
