Add a Signature

• Open Gmail

• At the top right, click the Settings gear icon > See all settings.

• Copy/paste the text below into the 'Signature' section.

Customize Signature

Make sure that you change the following values:

• First Last (add your first and last name here)

• Job Title

• Direct 503-555-1234 (replace this with your direct number, otherwise remove it)

Click on the default email address and then select Change:

Add your email address to both boxes.

Add Company Logo

Click on the "Insert image" icon...

Copy/paste the link below into the "Web Address (URL)" box:
