Bandwidth Failover Procedure

Login to the "Bandwidth Dashboard"

Search for the number you want to "failover"

Forward the number to the new location

SUCCESS!

Call will immediately begin forwarding to the new number/location.

Revert back to PureCloud after the emergency

Using the exact same procedure outlined above, simply update the number using "no value" in the "New forwarding number" field. Click "Update line option". This change is immediate and calls will be redirected back to PureCloud.
