Issues with Copy and Paste between PHTech and Citrix

If you are unable to copy and paste between the PHTech side and Citrix state side, please perform the following steps:

2. On the PHTech side, please reboot your Amazon Workspaces (AWS) as seen here: Reboot your AWS 

3. In Citrix, clear cache in Microsoft Edge, as seen here: How to delete cache in Edge 

4. In Citrix, reboot Citrix as seen here: Reboot Citrix 

Once you have performed all 4 steps and have logged back into both systems, please test to see if this fixed the issue.
