Shared Drives at PH TECH

There are 3 configuration options for Shared Drives at PH TECH.

Default (default configuration)

• The entire drive cannot be shared externally

• Individual files can be shared externally

• Individual files can be shared internally

External (least restrictive)

• The entire drive can be shared with external "contributers"

• External "contributers" can: add and edit files across the entire drive

• Individual files can be shared internally and externally

Internal (most restrictive)

• The entire drive cannot be shared externally

• Individual files cannot be shared externally

• Individual files can be shared internally
