HealthStream Login Error

If you receive the following error (or similar) below when trying to log into HealthStream, please follow the steps in this ITHelpDoc to resolve the issue.

Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com, and log into your Providence account.


From there, click your profile initials in the upper-right corner, and then click View account.

Once you are viewing your account, click Sign out everywhere.

After signing out everywhere, go back to your okta home page, and click the HealthStream app. You can also click the HealthStream app below, as well.

Once you login successfully, you should no longer receive the error.
