CIM Issue Report

Caregivers can report CIM issues in the #cim-product-support channel in Slack. Slack is *not* PHI compliant, so do not include any PHI in the message on Slack. Please include what CIM is affected along with the description of what is happening.

Caregivers can report CIM issues that include PHI by sending an email to pdt.hc.support@phtech.com. This will create a Zendesk ticket for the issue. Please remember not to include any PHI in the "Subject" of the email. You can include PHI in the "Message", however. Please include what CIM is affected along with the description of what is happening. When reporting an issue in CIM this way, a screenshot of the full browser window showing the issue is also very helpful.
