Logging into Okta (External Users/Off-Network)
In order to log into Okta from an external network, you must set up Okta Verify on your mobile device or phone. Please ensure you have followed the steps here to set that up.
Login using your username and password. If you have not received a username, enter your email address . Either option will work. Feel free to check the "Remember me" box, and Okta will remember your username or email address the next time you need to login.

Click "Send Push" to send a push notification to your phone.
Acknowledge Push Notification
Acknowledge Push Notification
On your phone, touch the notification to open Okta Verify.Â
Touch "Yes, It's Me" to finish the log in process.
You are now logged into Okta!
You can now access apps within Okta, like Genesys Cloud.
