Factory Reset Phone

Follow this process to help resolve most phone issues.

This error indicated that your phone has lost communication to the PureCloud server.

Press and hold the dial pad keys 1, 3, and 5 simultaneously for about three seconds, or until you hear a confirmation tone.

Factory reset password: 1234

Wait for phone to reboot...

Successfull re-connection to server.
