Disaster Recovery   Logging into US-East-1

In order to log into US-East-1 during a disaster, you will need to change the registration code before you login. 

Please follow the steps below to change the registration code, depending on which device you are using.

Using an HP t310 thin-client:

• Before logging in, click Options > Configuration in the upper-left.

• Click the Unlock button in the lower left of the window.  Leave the password field blank and click OK.

• Click the Session tab.

• In the Registration Code field, enter: SLiad+K7LFH6

• The Connection Name field should stay as PH TECH.

• Your thin-client will need to reboot. Go ahead and reboot it.

• When the thin-client comes back up, login with the same username, password and MFA that you normally would.

Using an HP t640 thin client or a personal computer: 

• Open the Amazon Workspaces client.

• Click Change Registration Code at the bottom.

• On the next screen, enter this registration code: SLiad+K7LFH6

• Click Register.

• At the login screen, login with the same username, password and MFA that you normally would.
