Schedule a Meeting with Zoom

All caregivers at PH TECH can schedule a Zoom meeting right from Google Calendar.

When creating a calendar event, click the drop-down arrow in the video conferencing section, and click Zoom Meeting.

This will add the  Zoom meeting information to the calendar event and will be sent to the guests when the calendar event is saved.

**NOTE** When creating a Zoom meeting in Google Calendar for the first time, you may need to "authorize" Zoom to access your calendar. This is normal, and Zoom will need to be authorized to access your calendar.
