New WorkSpace Setup Guide
If you are a current employee with a rebuilt WorkSpace, please note the following...
During the rebuild process, all of your personal files stored in the following directories will be preserved: Desktop, Documents, X Drive, Z Drive, Google Drive.
Some personal settings and application login information will not be saved. After the rebuild, you will need to re-login to all business applications one time.

- Sign into Google Chrome
Open Google chrome and sign in before doing anything else.
Select "Person 1" .
Enter your phtech.com email address. Your email address format is: FirstName.LastName@phtech.com
You will be automatically signed in via okta. No password necessary.
Select "Continue" on the "Welcome to your new profile" screen.
Select "Yes, I'm in" on the "Turn on sync?" prompt.
Note: you may need to re-launch chrome to return to your newly created profile.
2. Navigate to Okta
Your Chrome browser should automatically default to http://phtech.okta.com as the home page.
If not, click the "home" icon in the top left corner of Chrome (looks like a small house icon).
3. Sign into Slack
From the okta home page, click on the Slack app.
Select "Sign in with Google"
To pin Slack to the taskbar, follow this guide here.
4. Sign into Genesys Cloud
From the okta home page, click on the Genesys Cloud app.
Note: Our region is Americas (US East)
If prompted for a username & password, select "More Login Options"
For organization, enter: phtech
Click on "Okta"
If prompted, select "Collaborate/Communicate".
5. Sign into Zoom
From either the windows start menu or your desktop, open Zoom. If you are not automatically signed in, enter the following:
Select "Sign In"
Click on "SSO"
Enter phtech for the company domain. Click Continue.
6. Sign into Microsoft Teams
Only caregivers hired after January 2022 are provisioned with a Providence Microsoft Teams account.
Click on "Use another account or sign up"
Do not: Continue as: username@private.phtech.com
Login using your Providence credentials
Un-Check: "Allow my organization to manage my device"
