Select Scanner

The very first time you launch CaptureOnTouch V4 Pro, you may need to select the scanner.  If you see a small printer icon in the windows task bar with a red circle, follow the steps below:

• Click  (CaptureOnTouch icon) in the taskbar, and select [Select Scanner...] from the menu.

• Select Canon DR-G2110

• Click OK

Scanner Setup

• Download a copy of the most recent backup file located in Google Drive: Canon DR-G2110 Scanner / CaptureOnTouch Backup

• From the Windows start menu, launch the "CaptureOnTouch V4 Pro" application.

• Click  (CaptureOnTouch icon) in the taskbar, and select [Environmental settings] from the menu.

• Select the "Maintenance" tab

• Select "Restore..."

• Select the .cot backup file that you downloaded in the first step.

CaptureOnTouch Settings Backup Procedure (for admin use only)

• From the Windows start menu, launch the "CaptureOnTouch V4 Pro" application.

• Click  (CaptureOnTouch icon) in the taskbar, and select [Environmental settings] from the menu.

• Select the "Maintenance" tab

• Select "Back Up..."

• Save the file, and then upload the file to Google Drive: Canon DR-G2110 Scanner / CaptureOnTouch Backup
