How to access Citrix Desktop
Access the OHA (1-click) Remote Access Portal from https://phtech.okta.com.
It will look like the app below and will be located on your okta home page.

For password resets and account unlocks, call the OIS Service Desk at the phone number above. They will ask you for the following information below:
P-Number: This is essentially your account number for OHA. Your P-number should be saved in the OHA app in okta. To view your P-number in the app, click the 3 dots on the app.
Email Address:
Most common format: first name.last name@dhsoha.state.or.us
Example: john.smith@dhsoha.state.or.us
Possible alternative format using middle initital: first name.middle initial.last name@dhsoha.state.or.us
