Access the tool referenced below from a workstation, and/or from within the corporate network that will be used to make and receive call with Genesys Cloud.
If your organization uses a virtual desktop that you log into in order to do work, be sure to run this test from within that virtual desktop.

Install the helper file (bcs_service.exe) when prompted.
