Users and organizations should follow this gude in order to determine if their network and workstation(s) are ready to make and recieve phone calls using the Genesys Cloud platform.

• Access the tool referenced below from a workstation, and/or from within the corporate network that will be used to make and receive call with Genesys Cloud.

  • If your organization uses a virtual desktop that you log into in order to do work, be sure to run this test from within that virtual desktop.

• Enter your organization name: phtech

• Install the helper file (bcs_service.exe) when prompted.
