Create a Ticket Email Reminder
You can now specify a due date and mark a ticket for an email reminder.
Due date and reminder check boxes have been added to all ticket forms.
Email reminders can be sent to the assignee (agent), the ticket group, or both.
Email remidners are sent exactly 1 day prior to the due date.
After the due date has passed, check boxes will be cleared automatically. A new due date can be specified at this time, and boxes re-checked.
