Create a Ticket Email Reminder

You can now specify a due date and mark a ticket for an email reminder.

• Due date and reminder check boxes have been added to all ticket forms.

• Email reminders can be sent to the assignee (agent), the ticket group, or both.

• Email remidners are sent exactly 1 day prior to the due date.

• After the due date has passed, check boxes will be cleared automatically. A new due date can be specified at this time, and boxes re-checked.
