HELP CENTER - Logging Into Your Account (External Customers)
Go to https://help.phtech.com.
Click "Sign in" in the upper-right hand corner.
In the window that pops up, sign into your account with your Email and Password. If you do not know your password, you can click the "Forgot my password" option to receive a password reset email.
After logging in, you can view your tickets by clicking your profile name at then top, and then clicking "My activities".
This will take you to the My requests screen, where you can view any tickets you have requested or have been CC'd on.
Click any ticket to open it. You can reply to a ticket at the bottom of the ticket.
