Setup your mobile device for access to official PH TECH Email (Gmail), Google Docs, Hangouts, and all other Google services.
PH TECH Google data can only be accessed with official Google mobile apps.
Users cannot access Gmail with the built in mail client on Apple (iOS) or Android mobile devices.
PH TECH users can enroll an unlimited number of devices.
Question: Why does PH TECH have mobile device management, and what rules are enforced on my mobile device after enrollment?
Answer: HIPAA best practices require that all data that potentially contains PHI be encrypted in transit and at rest. We use mobile device management to require encryption and a device passcode.
Attempting to sign into any Google app will automatically take you through the device enrollment steps.
