Self-Service WorkSpace Reboot

All staff with remote access of any kind can perform a self-service reboot of their workspace by calling Service Desk at 503-584-6414, and following the instructions when prompted.


*In order to grant self-service reboot access, please submit your phone number so that Service Desk can add it as a "trusted" caller ID.

In order to reboot your workspace, you must call 503-584-6414 from the phone number(s) you provided on the form above. Press option #1 to manage your workspace, and when prompted, enter the first four characters of your username using your phone's keypad.
