OHA - Recording Voice Signatures

To make a quick recording  of a voice signature, open the program called EaseUS RecExperts.

You can open it from your Windows start menu or from the shortcut on your desktop.

The EaseUS RecExperts software is the free version. When you first open it, you will be prompted with an option to buy the software. Simply close that window.

From the main settings screen, ensure that you have selected the Audio button. Also, make sure to click the "System sound" drop-down menu and click "Microphone and system sound" as your recording method.

**IMPORTANT**

You will need to the change the audio file output within settings. All voice signature recordings need to be recorded in WAV format or they cannot be uploaded to ONE.
To change that setting, follow these steps:
-Click "Settings" on the main screen.
-Scroll down to the "Audio" section.
-For the "Output format:" field, click the drop-down menu and select WAV.
-Click OK.

When you are ready to record, click the large, orange "REC" button to begin recording.

By default, it will begin counting down from 5 seconds and then start recording.

**NOTE**
If you prefer to have the program record immediately after your push the REC button, you can change that by following these steps:
-Click "Settings" on the main screen.
-Scroll down to "Countdown before starting:", and click "None".
-Click OK.

When you are finished recording, press the red stop button.

A list of your recordings will pop up. Right-click your latest recording and select "Open the file location".
