Issues with opening One (OregonEligibility)

First, please take the preliminary steps of rebooting AWS and clearing cache as seen here:

Go to your OKTA single sign on page and click on "OHA Remote Access Portal":

Sign in with your state ID as seen below:

Click on "ONE PROD Worker Portal" tile:

If it is working properly, you will see ONE loaded in the Microsoft Edge browser on the PHTech side:

Keep reading if you are still having any other issues:

If you receive the below error: "You have exceeded the concurrent connection limit. Contact your system administrator": 

It means that you cannot have more than one instance opened at a time.  Close out ALL of your Edge windows and tabs and re-launch. 

**If you receive the following error, please call the state number at the bottom of the page

"You have encountered a technical error. Please try again. If this issue continues, contact your system administrator. Refer to error code DHSOHA90198319 / DHSOHA41993543" (or any similar DHS codes)
