Slack is PH TECH's official communication platform. Every employee has a Slack account that can be logged into using Google.
Fax
Send a fax through email by sending your email message to: fax-number@fax.phtech.com. Example: 5035559512@fax.phtech.com.
This can also be done by sending an email directly from any copy machine.
X, Z, and C Drives
X: Department drive for shared company and department specific work.
Z: Your work folder.
C: Store anything here. Never backed up! Good for music, pictures, etc.
Google Account
Google Docs: Create documents/spreadsheets/presentations and share them with others. (more convenient than Microsoft office)
