Retain Ticket Visibility

Hi Agents! Here is a quick and easy way to retain ticket visibility across multiple ticket groups (even in groups of which you are NOT a member)

Step 1) Use the CC Myself (Retain Visibility) macro

Step 2) Under your account profile, you can view all tickets that you are CC'd on. This is a great way to track high priority tickets that you may need to monitor progress on.
