Locking the Screen
Do not use the Windows key + L to lock your thin-client. This will cause Windows, which is running on the thin-client, to lock as well.
If you do lock your thin client, the default username is User and the default password is "User".
Follow these steps to lock your screen
Click the Windows start menu.
Click your profile icon, and then click Lock.
Using Ctrl + Alt + Delete
Do not use the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys on your keyboard. This will bring up the menu for Windows that is running on the thin-client, and not the menu for your Amazon Workspace.
Follow these steps to bring up the Ctrl + Alt + Delete menu. This is used to change your Amazon Workspace password.Â
If necessary, hover your mouse at the top of your screen to reveal the drop-down menu.
Click View, and then click Send Ctrl + Alt + Delete.
Does my HP t640 thin client have a built in speaker?
Yes, technically there is a very small built in speaker. However, it is not suitable for everyday use.
