Zero Client Hardware Information

Asset Number:

To locate the Asset Number of your zero client, first locate the Asset Tag. This should be on the side or the back of your zero client. On the Asset Tag will be the Asset Number. It will be a four-digit number. See example below:

MAC ID and Serial Number:

If you have one of our small, black and silver zero clients, the MAC ID and Serial Number will be located on a tab that you will need to pull out of the back of the zero client. See example below:

If you have an All-in-One model, the MAC ID will be on the back of the device. Also, we do not need the Serial Number of this model just the MAC ID. See example below:
