What do I need to complete before my first day at PH TECH?
Claim your account and setup MFA.
Setup and connect your equipment to the internet.
Successfully login to your virtual desktop (Amazon WorkSpace)
After completing these three steps, you will be ready for your new hire training meeting. You will receive a zoom invite sent to your personal email address prior to your start date.
Note: The Zoom invite may appear in your spam/junk folder.

Claim Account & Setup MFA
A username and temporary password will be emailed to you via the PH TECH Secure Message Center with subject "Account Setup Instructions [SecureDLP]". Once received, follow the steps below to claim your account:
Install the Okta Verify app on your phone or mobile device.
Visit: phtech.okta.com
Setup two multifactor authentication methods:
Okta Verify (recommended) or Google Authenticator
Note: Only Okta Verify supports push alert multifactor notifications.
Backup SMS authentication will allow you to re-setup multifactor verification on a new mobile device if necessary.
Connect to PH TECH

* your computer username is your last name + first initial ex: John Smith = smithj
Self-Service: Account Unlock & Password Reset
With Okta, you can unlock your user account or reset your password on your own!
